Ms. Marbaker is a landscape architect with over twenty-five years of project management and design experience. Her extensive background includes coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams for both public and private sector clients, working to integrate the client’s needs and the site’s unique characteristics into creative and successful built environments. Her responsibilities have spanned the entire design process from developing project theme and image, master planning, community participation, schematic design and design development through construction documentation, public agency review and construction observation.

Ms. Marbaker has worked with a broad range of clients to create fresh and appropriate solutions for site design and land planning projects including parks, corporate campus headquarters, business and industrial parks, college campuses, residential communities and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Marbaker is a certified irrigation designer with over five years of experience designing irrigation systems and observing system construction. Each design carefully considers plant water requirements, soil conditions, water availability and client preferences to specify irrigation systems with efficient and economical water application matched to the landscape plantings, soils and slopes.

With a design background that includes over twenty five years of high technology system design and development engineering, Mr. Marbaker is dedicated to creating efficient irrigation systems meeting client requirements with an eye to reliable operation and a low total cost of ownership.

Mr. Marbaker’s designs for new systems and for retrofit and extension of existing systems employ reliable, current equipment to optimize operational efficiency and costs while simplifying maintenance.
